Nothing you type on this website is stored on it. Our forms do not send your answers to the website. They put your answers into a WhatsApp message on your own phone or computer. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp.
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. Its lettering is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page opens. Its videos come from YouTube, and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to them. The Instagram pictures on our Student Stories page are shown through a service called Behold, so your browser contacts Behold when that page opens.

We do not ask for your child's name before your visit. Please leave out medical details. We ask for those at admission.
When your child joins, you fill and sign an admission form. It holds your child's name, date of birth, address and health details; your own details; an emergency contact; and the people who may collect your child. You can print it, or send it to us from your own email. An emailed form is read by Shilpa Gupta and Dr. Maruti Sharma. This website does not send the form and does not keep it. You also bring a photograph of your child, of each parent or guardian, and of each person who may collect your child.
To answer you, to prepare for your visit, and to arrange your child's admission. If you tick "Send me news from UOL Kids on WhatsApp", we also send you our news. Tell us to stop at any time, and we stop. If you send us your words about UOL Kids, we publish them only if you tick the box that allows it, and only under the name you choose.
Shilpa Gupta, Co-founder & Managing Director of UOL Kids, reads the messages sent to this number. Your answers stay inside UOL Institute. We do not sell them, and we do not pass them to anyone else unless the law requires it.
WhatsApp carries your message. That service is provided by WhatsApp LLC, and its own privacy policy applies to it.
If your child does not join UOL Kids, we delete your messages and your answers six months after you last wrote to us. If your child joins, your answers are kept with your child's admission record. If we publish your words, we keep your message for as long as they are on this website.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you and your child, to correct it, or to delete it. If you asked for our news, you can ask us to stop. Write to uolkids@uolife.com, or send a WhatsApp message to +91 97976 95456.
We take a child's details only from the child's parent or guardian. The forms that send us a WhatsApp message do not ask for a child's name or photograph. We ask for those only at admission.
